Sunday Sandwich Seva:

Volunteers meet in the kitchen at Shirdi Sai Baba Temple of Austin on Sundays at 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM to make bagged meals to be delivered to Charitas in downtown Austin.  Meals are distributed by Salvation Army on Sunday afternoon to homeless people in downtown Austin.

School Food Program – Feed Hungry Kids!:

Every Friday, sponsored schools pass out backpacks of food to needy students which gives meals and snacks for the weekend.  Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple provides food for this “backpack program” at Running Brushy Middle School in Leander and 5 elementary schools in Cedar Park/Leander.
